Call me! 843-656-0554 or email [email protected]! I live smack dab in the middle of the USA in a placed called Iowa where there's a little thing called "Iowa Nice" that we all live by, and I like to think I incorporate that directly into the way I work with my nurses. I've been recruiting travel nurses for 11 years, placing over 700 nurses on hundreds of dream assignments. I've been a part of love stories, student loan pay offs, new cars, babies, vacations of a lifetime, new houses, break ups, you know it.. I've been there for it. I love helping nurses start new chapters, pad their bank accounts, experience the US, grow their skillsets and most importantly...save lives.
Kristen brings over 20-years’ experience to her travel nurses. She loves finding out what her nurses want from their careers and making that happen for them. Kristen’s dedication to her nurses hasn’t gone unnoticed, as she was named Recruiter of the Year in 2007. While travel nurses may travel solo, Kristen ensures her travelers feel supported by her and TNAA every step of the way. Outside of work, you’ll find Kristen in San Diego with her husband, 2 children, and puppy.
My name is Lindsay Hernandez and I have been recruiting for healthcare for over 21 years! I am a communications major from UC Santa Barbara. I enjoy building relationships with my clinicians and helping them to find a job that best suits their needs and wishes. I am outgoing, responsive, transparent and honest.
I have spent 10 years of my professional life cultivating lasting relationships with so many people and have experienced all corners of the hospitality industry. I have a real passion for working with people, especially healthcare workers! I grew up in the cold Midwest, spent 7 years in sunny Southwest Florida, and now reside in Knoxville, TN - Go Vols! I love to golf and explore new cities and landscapes with my boyfriend and our crazy fluffy dog, Kona. I am extremely dedicated to providing my nurses with the best possible experience, whether they are first-time travelers or seasoned travel veterans. Creating a sense of trust and reliability is something I strive for; my nurses can be assured that I will put my best foot forward when finding them the perfect contract that aligns with their goals!
Hi! I have been here with CoreMedical Group for 12 years now.
Making connections and serving/helping others has always been a major part of my life. I learned this from a young age working on my family's produce farm to being a college tour guide.
I also enjoy watching Seinfeld, eating clam chowder bread bowls, and spending time with my wife and two sons - sometimes all at once on rare occasions.
I earned my Bachelor's in Communication Studies from Northwestern. Most of my career has been in HR so Recruiting seems like a natural fit for me. I started at Lakeshore Talent as a temporary Recruiting Coordinator several years ago and moved to a full-time employee. Over the last few years, I have transitioned into a Recruiting Specialist tole which I really enjoy.
As an individual, I pride myself on being hardworking, outgoing, approachable, and dependable. For me, success in my role as a recruiter is defined by the connections and relationships I build with those I place. I firmly believe that communication and transparency are essential keys to achieving successful placements. With nearly three years of experience in recruitment, specializing in long-term care, I possess a strong understanding of both the clients and the specialty as a whole. My priority is ensuring the happiness of the nurses I work with throughout their contracts.
