As a Recruitment Consultant at Astute People, I specialise in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) recruitment within the power generation sector—including Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT), Energy-from-Waste (EfW), Biomass, Gasification, and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants.

With a background as an Assistant Shift Team Leader at a 32MW Biomass CHP facility and currently studying for my HNC in Process Engineering at Teesside University, I bring a solid foundation of hands-on engineering experience to my recruitment practice.
