I take immense pride in being able to help people in their journey to finding a great job that is a positive fit for their skills and interests. I relish the challenge of helping others to match their skills with a job they will love, and I strive to make sure that I am always able to provide top quality recruiting services.
Hello, I'm Paul and I've been a Senior Recruiter on the Engineering team at Blue Chip Talent for over 4 years. I'm excited to connect with Engineering professionals all over the Metro Detroit area and help them find their next best career move. As the 2021 Blue Chip Talent Recruiting MVP, you can count on me to provide you excellent service, responsiveness, and careful detail when facing a job opportunity with one of our many great clients.
I am originally from Kansas City but have lived in Dallas, TX for 5 years and love it! I went to the University of Arkansas - WOO PIG! I have been in the staffing world for over 2 years and I love helping people find their dream jobs.
Alyssa motivates, coaches, and supports our amazing talent each day. Alyssa’s passion for placement and coaching began while interviewing for a job at a staffing company. They immediately saw a spark in her, so they hired her on the spot to learn recruiting, and Alyssa was hooked! Alyssa’s discernment skills and natural curiosity, along with her work ethic of ‘do what it takes’ fit well with YUPRO Placement’s mission, as Alyssa serves as a role model for her talent on assignment. They respond well to Alyssa’s motivational tips, and she works diligently to always provide encouragement as they apply those tips.
Alyssa shares, “Working toward a social mission not only continuously holds us accountable, but also allows us to do something very magical, to create a positive change in someone’s life.”
I have been in Staffing since 2012. I moved to Corpus Christi from north of Kansas City, Missouri in September of 2018. Prior to Staffing I was an Accountant. I really enjoy working with employers and candidates to find the perfect match for both parties. It is very challenging and rewarding, and I do my very best to make everyone happy.
I'm a family man with a wonderful wife Nancy and two kids, Julia who's out of college and working for a programmatic ad tech company, and John Henry who's just graduated college and pursuing a career in the music industry. We live in CT and have a rescue dog "Stewie" and a rescue cat "Charlie Parker" and we have a lot of fun with both of those crazy animals. I probably work too much, I guess that's why I eventually opened my own Technology recruiting firm after working in a large one and then a medium-sized one, I really enjoy being part of the technology industry and trying to do the very best job of staffing and placement that we can do, constantly learning and trying to get better. But I try to balance the work with a lot of fun activities with family, friends, sports and travel.
With nearly two decades of experience in recruiting, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of professionals find fulfilling careers and supporting companies in building strong, engaged teams. I focus on more than just filling positions. I help businesses and candidates find the right long-term fit. Our firm specializes in the manufacturing and construction industries, and we stand out by offering a consultative, high-touch approach that prioritizes retention and success beyond the hire.
I have an Engineering, Sales, and Recruiting background. My passion is Recruiting and I love to contribute and make a positive impact in every way I can. For some, interviewing can be nerve-racking. I communicate every step and help alleviate nervous emotions by preparing candidates for their interviews and being available to them throughout the entire process.
