I was introduced into the "Recruiting world" roughly 10 years ago. I had attended a warehouse open house hiring event as an applicant and ended up an internal employee. I was helping candidates with their paper applications and the Branch Manager was working the event by herself and appreciated me helping her with everything. It wasn't expected, but every since then I have been able to perfect my craft. I have about 7 years of staffing experience in many different areas such as: direct hires, daily labor, construction, IT, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and customer service positions.
