I'm a Midwest gal, born and raised in the St Louis area and attended college at Mizzou. After graduating with my Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology I moved back to the St Louis area to start my career and build a family. After college I started my first professional position as an Administrative Assistant for a local real estate firm and I was actually placed there by a staffing agency! I worked with the real estate firm for just under two years and decided that I wanted to pursue a career in HR which is when I found PEG. Using my administrative background, I started off with PEG in an administrative/reporting role and eventually moved into Recruiting and Account Management in 2018.

I was introduced into the "Recruiting world" roughly 10 years ago. I had attended a warehouse open house hiring event as an applicant and ended up an internal employee. I was helping candidates with their paper applications and the Branch Manager was working the event by herself and appreciated me helping her with everything.
