Hi I am Meghan! I’ve grown up and lived in the Portland area for over 25 years. I started with Selectemp at the beginning of January 2023 as the Staffing Manager for our Portland branch. I have a strong background in retail and retail management. Working retail has given me the skills to be adaptable, a strong communicator and collaborator. I pay attention to detail and am a great problem solver!
I started my career in fundraising and spent about 12 years learning all aspects of fund development. During this time I developed relationships and raised funds for teaching, research and scholarships on the Oregon State University Campus. I joined Selectemp 2 years ago and found myself as a part of an amazing team of skilled, caring and dedicated professionals that have shown me how amazing recruiting can be.
I was born and raised here in Roseburg, Oregon and after spending 12 years in the Seattle area, I decided to change career paths and return to my hometown. I most recently worked as an Asset Manager for new construction development in Seattle and have been with Selectemp Employment Services since August 2019!

Over the past 30 years, I have worked in many aspects of HR from HR Generalist to Benefits Specialist and now as an on-site Workforce Engagement Manager.
I have been a recruiter with Peoplelink Staffing Solutions since October 2018.
