She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. She specializes in recruiting temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire professionals to fill openings for state positions, customer service, and sales among others. Functionally, her niche is front office assistants, executive assistants, customer service, marketing, and human resources professionals.

I have over 20 years of staffing experience focused on financial executive search. I am a CPA and also have several staffing industry certifications including the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) and the CTS (Certified Temporary – Staffing Specialist).
I joined Accounting Career Consultants in 1997 after spending 3 years with one of the Big 4 CPA firms. I quickly became the top billing consultant in the office and broke most of the company’s production records. Within three years I took on a management role in the organization and I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of Accounting Career Consultants. I have had personal involvement in over 400 successfully completed searches and overseen thousands of others. In July of 2012 I became President at ACC by completing the purchase of the company from my father, Mel, after 15 years working together.

I have been in Staffing since 2012. I moved to Corpus Christi from north of Kansas City, Missouri in September of 2018. Prior to Staffing I was an Accountant.
