I grew up on a cattle farm in Northwest Missouri and moved to Kansas City in 2009. I graduated college from the University of Central Missouri. I was raised to have a strong work ethic, help others out, and be honest. I am a sports junkie and bobblehead collector who likes to set professional and personal goals. I am married with 3 dogs.

Franca Diona has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter.
