I own a home in Lakewood, OH that keeps me busy outside of normal business hours. Married to my high school sweetheart and have proudly taken on the role of being Dad to our baby girl, Cecilia, since June 2023.

Franca Diona has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. I grew up on the outskirts of St. Louis and moved to Kansas City to attend William Jewell College where I graduated in 2019. I joined TriCom and began recruiting in 2022, after beginning my career in sports sales.
