She comes from a family of healthcare professionals, so stepping into the world of healthcare traveling felt like a natural career move for her. Now, she wants to help make your transition into traveling just as easy. Having both her parents in the medical field and her brother as a doctor, Lauren understands the importance of every role on a patient’s care team. I've been recruiting since 2021 and have been recruiting for Allied/Therapy Traveling Caregivers since 2023. Before that, I was a Travel Agent for 5 years and also worked in banking, so really love to help out with extra tips in those arenas if I can, too!

My husband and I are from WI, lived in Austin, TX a decade, and made the move to North Carolina in 2023- and love it! We enjoy raising our 2 young children in a small town surrounded by the outdoors.

Hey everyone and welcome! Here's a little snippet of my life, so hope you enjoy! I've been a recruiter for almost 4 years now and I've loved every second of it! From meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals to getting to know my colleagues in healthcare, it has enhanced my life tremendously. Prior to becoming a Recruiter, I've worked in Hospitality as well as Marketing, so transitioning into Healthcare was a bit of an unknown, but I was up for the challenge. Fast forward to now, I love what I do and I can't imagine doing anything else.

When I'm not making calls or at my desk, you can catch me working out, driving my Jeep or hiking the nearest trail. I am very much a 'Bro', so anything related to sports will catch my attention. However, don't let that fool you from thinking I can't appreciate other things. I have a great passion for the outdoors, growing new plants, collecting magnets to commemorate my travels, trying new things, eating ALL the food, and enjoying life to the fullest. I like to think of myself as a jack of all trades, and a master of none, always learning and trying to soak everything in like a sponge. Overall, I'm described by friends as being goofy and very charismatic, but underneath the play, is a genuine guy who wants to help as many people as possible. I started my journey in staffing in August 2018 as a Campus Recruiter with Liberty Mutual. It was there I realized staffing was the industry for me. However, I felt like something was missing. My passion and education was in healthcare management and public health and I wasn't using it. I knew I needed to get closer to the healthcare sector. From there I opened my own business that partnered with my State's Department of Health and Human Services to help individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. This allowed me to stay within career services but also connected me to public health. Due to the pandemic, I made the difficult decision to close my business and my pursuit for the right role continued! In January 2022, I joined CoreMedical Group and it has been the best decision I have made in my career thus far. My role here allows me to stay within staffing and keeps me connected to the healthcare sector. I love helping clinicians find assignments that meet their wants and needs.
