Hey there! I’m Kelsie! Recruiter, dog mom, fitness junkie, and road-trip enthusiast. I work hard to connect people with opportunities that actually light them up, not just fill a job description.
I bring energy, kindness, and a dash of hustle to everything I do. Whether I’m matching a traveler with their dream assignment or chasing my own goals outside of work, I’m always aiming to “go the extra mile.”
If I’m not at my desk, you can bet I’m out for a run, lifting at the gym, or spending time with family and friends.
I started my journey in staffing in August 2018 as a Campus Recruiter with Liberty Mutual. It was there I realized staffing was the industry for me. However, I felt like something was missing. My passion and education was in healthcare management and public health and I wasn't using it. I knew I needed to get closer to the healthcare sector. From there I opened my own business that partnered with my State's Department of Health and Human Services to help individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. This allowed me to stay within career services but also connected me to public health. Due to the pandemic, I made the difficult decision to close my business and my pursuit for the right role continued! In January 2022, I joined CoreMedical Group and it has been the best decision I have made in my career thus far. My role here allows me to stay within staffing and keeps me connected to the healthcare sector. I love helping clinicians find assignments that meet their wants and needs.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others, and being able to support nurses as they travel the country and care for patients makes it even more rewarding. I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of a lot of life moments—IVF journeys, love stories, student loan payoffs, new babies, once-in-a-lifetime vacations, new homes, even the occasional breakup. Through it all, I’ve been there alongside the nurses I work with. What I love most is helping nurses start new chapters; exploring new parts of the U.S., expand their skills, meet new people, learn new hospitals, grow their bank accounts, and most importantly changing patients lives.

I love the conversations I have and the people I have gotten to know over my time recruiting. I find it incredibly rewarding to help my travelers further their careers, help others who are in need, make more money, and visit places they always have wanted to go. I'm really looking forward to helping you throughout your traveling career and having some laughs with you along the way!
