I was born and raised in Oregon and have moved around throughout the years, but I’m a true Pacific Northwest girl and landed back in my hometown with my family and friends. I played college basketball and still love to workout and stay active as much as possible! I am super passionate about food and few things excite me more than going to a new restaurant or making a new recipe. I am married to the best man ever and we stay busy with all four of our fur babies and a human one on the way!
Hey! I'm a mom of two. Kellen (10) and Kinley (7). They keep me busy. Have been married since 2005 and we have moved 5 times. My husband was a basketball coach for over 20 years and most recently took a job as an Athletic Director/Assistant Principal which brought us back to Nebraska from Michigan. I love sports and played volleyball, basketball, softball, and tennis growing up. In college I played volleyball and tennis which was an amazing experience. Now I really enjoy watching my kids do the things they love. My son is into baseball, basketball, and football. My daughter is younger and just starting softball. She's more of the girly, gymnastics and dance type, which I know nothing about ha!
For me, success in placement isn't just about filling a position—it's about ensuring that my candidates thrive in their environment. I prioritize providing support to my travelers, creating a sense of collaboration between myself, CoreMedical Group, and the facilities they work in. A positive experience for both candidate and client is crucial in my book. Success as a traveler varies for each individual, but I've found that effective communication, transparency, and a willingness to embrace new experiences are key components for everyone.
I’ve been with AB Staffing Solutions for 7 years, starting in an entry-level role and working my way up to a full-time recruiter. I’ve supported both Allied and Nursing professionals throughout my time here, and I now mentor a team of newer recruiters.

A little bit about me! Born and raised in Wisconsin but I now spend most of my time in Florida, traveling back and forth between Florida and Wisconsin. I have a diverse background in healthcare, combining my experience as a behavioral therapist working with children with autism and as my role as a travel nurse recruiter. I have developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care, communication, and understanding individual needs. 5 years in the travel nurse industry and transitioning into nurse recruiting, I have been able to contribute to patient care by connecting skilled healthcare professionals with facilities.
Hi, I'm Nichole and a senior healthcare recruiter with over a decade of experience working with travel nurses. I will be honest, I am not the best cook and use as many paper plates as possible to prevent doing dishes, but I do pride myself on finding the perfect assignments for my travelers. When it comes to a traveler’s experience, I strive to provide my nurses with everything that they need to have a successful, worry-free assignment. I also enjoy working with first-time travelers to ensure they learn as much as possible about the travel industry. Don't hesitate to reach out, you will quickly see that I have genuine concern for your time. #Redheadrecruiter
