Hi there! My name is Caroline and I am the Recruiting Team Lead with IDR, Inc. based out of Nashville, TN. I graduated with a degree in Communications and Political Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville back in 2023, and have been with IDR ever since. I have loved these past few years of connecting candidates with their next position, and learning more about their backgrounds and career aspirations!

My name is Tre and I am 30 years old. I am a very social and hard-working guy, so I thought I would give recruiting a try, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
