What sets you apart from other healthcare recruiters? I have worked at CoreMedical Group as a healthcare recruiter for twenty years. This experience gives my travelers an added advantage in terms of getting the assignments they want. The strategies and techniques that I have learned over the years help me to give my travelers the best chance to find assignments that will make them happy.

How do you measure a successful healthcare placement?
When my travelers are happy with their assignments, I am happy. When they are on assignment for several weeks and they share with me positive feedback about the facility and their experience, then I consider it a job well done on both sides (from the recruiter and the nurses point of view).

If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it?
To be able to reach out to more healthcare professionals on a daily basis. I would simply want to do that every day!

- Rotating between binging true crime podcasts, financial podcasts, and fitness-related podcasts, exploring with my family, and daily nature walks and meditation.

- A successful healthcare placement for me means meeting my travelers' needs, fostering strong relationships, building trust, and ensuring a great experience during their assignment.

If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it?

- If I had a superpower, I'd choose to fly. This way, I could explore different parts of the country to provide better insights to my travelers and meet them in their new destinations without sacrificing family time.

Hey! I'm a mom of two. Kellen (10) and Kinley (7). They keep me busy. Have been married since 2005 and we have moved 5 times. My husband was a basketball coach for over 20 years and most recently took a job as an Athletic Director/Assistant Principal which brought us back to Nebraska from Michigan. I love sports and played volleyball, basketball, softball, and tennis growing up. In college I played volleyball and tennis which was an amazing experience. Now I really enjoy watching my kids do the things they love. My son is into baseball, basketball, and football. My daughter is younger and just starting softball. She's more of the girly, gymnastics and dance type, which I know nothing about ha!
