I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I graduated from Florida State University (Go Noles!!!) After graduation, I moved to Dallas, TX, where I helped start and run the Dallas branch of a Recruitment Agency for Nannies and Caregivers. After moving back to Florida, I was given the offer to join the Cell Staff team, and I am so happy I did! I have a passion for helping people, and I know how tough the job market can be, so I love being able to assist our candidates in finding the perfect employment opportunity for them! I truly LOVE my job! My favorite part is creating relationships with all of the wonderful healthcare professionals that I get to work with.
I graduated from FGCU with a BSN and then worked as a Registered Nurse in many Critical Care settings. I have now been with Cell Staff for 2.5 years and love what I do!
I'm a passionate beach lover, often found on long walks searching for shark teeth or immersed in a good book under my umbrella, serenaded by the soothing sounds of waves and birds. Since relocating to the beach in 2018, I've deepened my knowledge of sea turtles and cherished witnessing baby turtles embark on their inaugural ocean journey. Recently rediscovering my artistic side after a hiatus of over 20 years, I've reignited my love for creating. Alongside nurturing a thriving vegetable and flower garden, I'm also experimenting with a small worm farm. Family time is precious to me, surrounded by my husband, three kids, one dog, and two cats. Camping, or perhaps a touch of glamping, beckons as a future adventure I eagerly anticipate.
I've been recruiting travel nurses exclusively for more than 20 years, and I genuinely love what I do. Helping healthcare professionals achieve their personal and career goals while connecting them with some of the nation's top healthcare facilities is incredibly rewarding. Originally from the mountains of North Carolina, I now call Charlotte home, where I live with my wife, our three kids, and our two spoiled French bulldogs, Bayleigh and Bentley, who definitely run the household. Outside of recruiting, I'm a proud nerd with a passion for Star Wars, Wonder Woman, Doctor Who, and Rocky Horror. Those who know me know I can talk healthcare careers one minute and debate the best sci-fi and fantasy universes the next. As a recruiter, I believe in transparency, communication, and building lasting relationships. My goal is to be more than just a recruiter, I strive to be a trusted partner and advocate for my travelers throughout every step of their journey. Whether you're considering your first assignment or your fiftieth, I'm committed to helping you navigate the process with confidence and find opportunities that align with your goals.
I’ve been in healthcare recruitment for 12 years now, and I’ve loved every minute of it. At PRN Healthcare, I’m known for being detail-oriented, super organized, and fully committed to helping each person I work with find the right fit—not just a job, but a place where they can thrive.
Growing up in Wisconsin gave me a strong sense of community and the value of real connection. That’s something I carry into my work every day. For me, it’s not just about filling roles—it’s about building relationships that last and making sure every assignment feels like a win for both the clinician and the facility.
I have years of experience in customer service. As a recruiting specialist, I am excited to meet new travelers and help them find the best travel nurse assignments. I am the mother of an RN and want travel nurses to feel safe, heard, and confident in their choice to work with me and TNAA. Trust, transparency and loyalty are the foundation of my relationships.
I truly love spending time with family and friends especially when it involves food. So, when my family is together, you’ll most likely find us enjoying a good meal together.
If you’re looking for a recruiter who will empower you to chase your career goals, I am your perfect fit. With a passion for personal development, I leverage my extensive experience to build powerful relationships built on support. I believe in arming my nurses with knowledge and guidance so they can approach their travel nursing career with confidence. But above all, I want my nurses to know that, when they’re far from home, that I'm with them. It might seem small, but being a reliable source my nurses can count on is important to me.
With over a decade of experience working in healthcare, I understand the demands and fast-paced nature of the medical field — and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to make your travel experience smooth, rewarding, and even a little fun. I pride myself on strong communication, transparency, and building genuine relationships with the nurses I work with, many of whom become lifelong friends. Outside of work, I’m a passionate sports fan, lover of live music, and dog mom to the best pups: Charlie and Frankie!
