Franca Diona has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. Being a part of Adams Consulting Group has allowed Franca to broaden her craft by setting goals and striving to achieve them. She remains energetic and enthusiastic about getting the job done at ACG.

I'm someone who thrives on adventure and embraces a variety of interests and hobbies. I have a deep love for the outdoors, swimming, diving, rock climbing, fishing, and exploring nature trails. The beach holds a special allure for myself whether going for runs or simply soaking in the serenity of the ocean. My artistic side shines through love for playing the viola and expression through painting. I'm also a culture enthusiast, frequently attending Broadway shows for entertainment and inspiration. Traveling and embarking on road trips are essential parts of your life, as they allow you to satisfy your curiosity about the world and create lasting memories along the way. I'm a family man with a wonderful wife Nancy and two kids, Julia who's out of college and working for a programmatic ad tech company, and John Henry who's just graduated college and pursuing a career in the music industry. We live in CT and have a rescue dog "Stewie" and a rescue cat "Charlie Parker" and we have a lot of fun with both of those crazy animals. I probably work too much, I guess that's why I eventually opened my own Technology recruiting firm after working in a large one and then a medium-sized one, I really enjoy being part of the technology industry and trying to do the very best job of staffing and placement that we can do, constantly learning and trying to get better. But I try to balance the work with a lot of fun activities with family, friends, sports and travel.

I have an Engineering, Sales, and Recruiting background. My passion is Recruiting and I love to contribute and make a positive impact in every way I can. For some, interviewing can be nerve-racking. Andrew is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but currently lives in Indianapolis. Mark joined Accounting Career Consultants in 2012 as a Staffing Consultant and quickly progressed to a Senior Account Manager in 2015. He has been the firm’s biggest producer since 2015. For his achievements, Mark became the first Senior Account Manager promoted to Principal in 2018, as he has taken on a bigger leadership role in the firm. Mark works with companies to solve their financial staffing challenges and evaluate Accounting and Financial Candidates for the firm’s clients. He has quickly earned a reputation as one of the top accounting and finance recruiters in St. Louis and throughout the Midwest. Mark received his BA in Political Science from Miami University of Ohio after graduating from John Burroughs High School in St. Louis. Mark held numerous leadership roles in the Delta Chi fraternity. He is also a CPC – Certified Personnel Consultant.

Dan has over twenty years in the banking and software industries and fifteen years in the recruiting industry which included a previous association with Len Adams at KPA Group.

As a banker Dan started his career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co as a management trainee in the International Funds Transfer Division and eventually moved on to two regional banks where he ran various international operations groups including Letter of Credit, Collections, FX and Funds Transfer.

During his tenure with National Community Bank (n/k/a Bank of New York), Dan was part of team that assisted in the trade services group migration from a manual to an automated environment. The opportunity to expand his technical skill sets provided an eventual opportunity to move to the vendor side of trade services.
